These two afternoons are organized by the European program STARTS Residencies coordinated by IRCAM in the framework of an initiative by the same name (STARTS: Science, Technology and the ARTS) that supports artistic contributions in technological innovation. Artists and researchers involved in the program will present the results of the European artistic residencies in which they participated in connection with technology research projects. The winners of the latest call for applications will be announced, the newest issues in STARTS and collaborations among artsits, scientists, and industrialists will be discussed with leaders from these communities.

2pm, next to the Centre Pompidou | Pollution Explorers by Ling Tan
In this public performance designed by artist Ling Tab in the neighborhood of Centre Pompidou, 20 adult participants will be proposed to wear connected clothed developed in the project and express through gesture their subjective feeling of the air pollution through gestures, contributing to a collective artistic situation.
