Anouk Legendre
Architect Anouk Legendre (b. 1961) is an associate and cofounder of XTU architects (Paris). XTU specializes in academic and environmental research as well as residential and cultural buildings. Their work has been featured in numerous exhibitions: architecture gallery, the Seoul Academy of Architecture, the Centre Pompidou in 2019, Archilab…. 25 models by the agency are in the collection at the Centre Pompidou. Several of the agency’s projects have received awards: Jeongok Prehistory Museum in South Korea (award from the Korean Academy of Architecture), the France Pavillon during the Universal Exposition Milano 2015 (award for the best pavilion, architecture section), Cité du Vin à Bordeaux in France (honorable mention in the national prize for wooden construction 2017), TED in Strasbourg, France (tower with positive energy).
Anouk Legendre has spoken worldwide (Montréal, Oslo, Wuhan, Yaoundé́, Paris, Budapest, Zurich, London, Taipei, Tel Aviv, Rome...). She is a member of Think Tank EDF Ville et Energie, president of the national jury on wooden construction 2018, and member of the AFEX.
